Main tasks and Responsibilities Replies to customer calls, and implements solutions and ways to repair Coordinates the after sales agents and service Gives technical trainings to the after sales network on the products Defect analysis of our products, root cause detection and investigation, formulates and implements solutions Installation and setting-
up new or replacement units Coordination of customer claims in cooperation with Quality Department Quotations and coordination for spare parts, repairs and modifications.

on business-driven individual Profile : Secondary or Postsecondary diploma in electricity, electronics or mechanics. Positive appraisals from apprenticeships are a plus.
Background in refrigeration, cooling techniques or experience in a similar position is an advantage. Background in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Powerpoint).
Languages : English and French mandatory. Any other language will be appreciated. Willing to travel (10% of the time)
