These Sellers offer hundreds of millions of unique products providing a broad and diverse inventory of products from Books, Electronics and Apparel to Consumables and beyond.
In our vision to build a global marketplace, we will enable Sellers to list, make their selection available to customers globally while optimizing their inventory placement across multiple countries.
As Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for simplifying and supporting the VAT compliance journey for our Sellers.
You will be partner with global business teams (EU, CN, US, IN) and functions (Tax, Legal) to own experiences that enable our Sellers to scale in a sustainable manner.
In this central role, you will have end-to-end ownership of the Global VAT Education Program to drive initiatives all across the year to support Seller growth in a compliant manner.
You will also lead the critical Front Office Program, to manage our teams based in multiple geographies who support Sellers using Amazon’s VAT solution (VAT Services on Amazon).
This involves developing curated support basis a Seller’s growth journey (pre-launch, post-launch on Amazon, program adoption such as FBA / Pan-European FBA, marketplace expansion).
Responsibilities also include media asset development, communication strategy, tracking, attribution and establishing appropriate success metrics.
This includes building operational efficiency and mechanisms to enable scaling of efforts within the Front Office teams.
