In 2016, Amazon reinvented on behalf of business customer and launched Amazon Business in Europe with the vision to build the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace in the world.
To realize this vision we are looking for a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to help us understand our Sellers and improve and automate Business Seller recommendations.
The candidate should have a strong background in ETL, data warehousing and interest in data mining, statistical modeling, linking data to key business trends, and data engineering.
This Business Intelligence Engineer will design and develop ETLs and statistical models. They will analyze data trends to understand behavior and key insights into current performance and will recommended targeted improvements.
They will have an opportunity to work with big data and emerging technologies like Redshift, EMR and Spark. They will also join a new and fast growing team within Amazon and have the chance to shape Amazon Business from the ground up.
A successful candidate will be able to speak the language of business and technical teams, taking business requirements and developing solutions to understand business impact.
