The opportunity We are looking for a new colleague who will be part of our amazing digital team. As a Senior RPA Developer, you will work on high-impact and high-visibility projects, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation in our present processes, continuously improving our business goals.

You will perform a variety of complex technical or professional work activities requiring the application of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable range of contexts.

Our digital team is driving a large portfolio of projects helping our Service Lines to apply digital transformation through technologies like software robotics, analytics, artificial intelligence and conversational interfaces. Your key responsibilities

Identify and assess potential processes for RPA within managed services and service lines

Support on the preparation and design of RPA solutions

Deliver RPA solutions and be first point of contact in case of any configuration issues

Taking care on process automations end-to-end and cross-divisional

Analyze processes and write requirements for RPA and digital workflow solutions. Possibility to implement small to medium robots and workflows locally and independent

Automate processes requested by business and bring own suggestions

Autonomous handling of RPA process maintenance and troubleshooting

Collaborate with local and Global IT for the implementation of new process and align to global rules and QRM catalogue

Be part of agile project work streams

Understand the service lines and their components and help aligning the technological environment to their needs to collect specific business requirements

Ensure quality and smooth scheduling / running of automated processes

Collaborate with a diverse highly skilled team (on- and off-shore) to deploy emerging new technologies

Building the foundation for the digitalization effort by capturing the business context - problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, Service Line needs and impacted stakeholders.

Developing requirements through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification. This yields multiple levels of requirements supporting the business vision.

Supporting Service Lines in UAT process and ensuring smooth production project launch.

Taking responsibility ensuring change control and change management procedures are followed within the digital team as they relate to requirements.

Skills and attributes for success

IT or business digitalization background with experience across the systems or product development life cycle in different project phases

Project management capabilities, being u sed to work on change activities with matrixial teams using Agile (creating user stories)

Fast learner being able to acquire knowledge on a variety of projects and technologies

Eagle eye nature with attention to details is key as we have a strong focus on quality and exceptional customer service

Digital enthusiast that constantly looks to apply new solutions to solve existing and new problems

Pragmatist strongly focusing on resolving problems being flexible with solutions that we apply

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience

Or a degree in business with technology consulting or technical experiences

4+ years’ experience of experience working on similar position in a corporate organization

Work experience in a professional services industry Big 4 is preferred

Proven experience with RPA Tools (preferably Blue Prism), OCR technology (preferably ABBYY) and advanced programming skills like C#, VBA & SQL.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

You are interested in the connection between IT and process improvement / re-engineering

You are interested in process and system efficiency, IT controls, transforming the way technology supports organization to increase their performance and maximize their return on investment

You are organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

A fluent command in English. French and / or German would be preferable and any other language being an advantage.

You are a team player and have excellent technical & analytical skills

What we look for

Passion for business transformation using technology

Good hands on experience with RPA technology (preferably Blue Prism)

Good hands on experience with OCR technology (preferably ABBYY flexicapture)

Hands-on experience with business transformation suites and standards (like BPMN , Lean) is a plus.

Hands-on experience with project management tools (DevOps Azure, JIRA, MS Project etc.) and standards (Agile Scrum, Hermes, PMI, Prince2) is a plus.
