The Partners team is responsible for finding new partners and managing existing partners. Finding new partners allows Talkwalker to target new verticals (consulting, IT integrator, Media Monitoring, Software Vendors) with complementary product or services offerings.
Partner management consists of organizing many activities such as sales presentation, lunch & learn, education, value proposition positioning, analysis of the performance of the partnership, reporting & defining co-
marketing activities. Talkwalker is an online and social data analytics software company specialized in listening, analytics and reporting that empowers over 2,000 brands analyzing online conversations on social networks in 187 languages.
The company is extremely international with their headquarters based in the city center of Luxembourg and has additional offices in New York City, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Singapore, and Paris.
Key responsibilities :
Play a key role in developing and executing on our strategic partner marketing plan to strengthen our partner program and contribute to building strong relations with our partners across multiple geographies
Translate business goals and objectives from partner marketing plans into actionable integrated campaigns that deliver engagement, leads, pipeline and revenue
Be in charge of execution, measurement and optimization of our partner marketing initiatives including : sponsorship of events, webinars, content marketing, emailing, etc.
Work proactively with our existing partners on joint marketing plans and activities to educate customers about the benefits of using our software with their product, grow the proportion of their customers using the software
Coordinate with other marketing teams to embed joint partner initiatives into the company’s global marketing campaign calendar
You’ll be reporting into the Head of Partnership, and will be working closely with Partner and Marketing teams
5 or more years of digital marketing industry experience preferably in a SaaS environment
Solid understanding of all digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in a fast pace, entrepreneurial and rapid-growth environment
You have a mix of creative and analytical skills - able to develop new innovative marketing activities with strong quantitative analytical skills to review and act on the results
You have excellent written and oral English skills. French, German or other language excellence is highly appreciated
Willingness to travel up to 20% of your time
