A chance to join a team of dedicated individuals supporting Head of Luxembourg & Branches Compliance within the International Wealth Management (IWM) Compliance organization.
This exciting role will allow you to be involved in a wide range of diverse business management and compliance topics involving regulatory change, compliance infrastructure projects and risk management initiatives.
Frequent interaction with Compliance teams in Northern Europe and with the Swiss based Head Office for projects, management information, reviews, etc.
will enable you to craft a network with positive working relationships;
You will support the Head of IWM Northern Europe Compliance as well as Head of Luxembourg & Branches in coordination and management of critical initiatives taken by the Credit Suisse Group;
You will be responsible for co-ordination of Northern Europe updates for senior management and executive board members;
Analysis of core Compliance management information across the Northern Europe region;
You will deal with the preparation of the UK and Luxembourg governance packs (incl Board Risk Committee and the Operational Risk and Compliance Committee);
In this role, you will provide support with tracking regulatory change applicable to each of the Northern Europe jurisdictions;
Do you possess a university degree specializing in Business Management, Risk or Compliance?;
3-5 years experience of working in Risk, Audit or Compliance within the banking environment, related financial services firms or management consulting companies will be considered as a strong asset;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently as well as part of team with ability to interact with peers across many locations and at differing seniority;
Your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as your structured and focused way of working enable you to get things done, even in challenging environments;
Self-starter who enjoys a dynamic and a diverse working environment and enjoys the challenge of new tasks;
High commitment and proactivity;
Good knowledge of EU and UK financial sector regulation is an advantage;
