The Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) team is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Sales Operations and Marketing who is self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working in a dynamic environment focused on developing and owning the strategy for EU AMPS sales operations, mass account management and marketing campaigns to drive conversion across channels.

This includes developing and executing an innovative Selling Partner education strategy to improve the selling experience together with the development of the go-to-market strategies for EU AMPS.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the strategy for how we communicate to our Selling Partners about the service offerings.

You will define and deliver the sales operations strategic roadmap and design programs that automate and drive productivity of our sales and account management functions.

The role is based in Luxembourg but you will be required to travel to work closely with the EU5 country teams.

Amazon Marketplace Professional Services (AMPS) program seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business.

Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable global solutions through direct cooperation with the US, China and Japan Teams.

The ideal candidate must be able to work directly with stakeholders in a hands-on way, lead multiple programs at one time, and provide solutions that are scalable and cost efficient.

Co-creation and prioritization will be key to success. They will have excellent prioritization, analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity, and succeed in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment

  • Own the development of marketing strategy and go-to-market strategies for EU AMPS
  • Craft and develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools (product videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, how to guides etc.)
  • Identify and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities that reach the target audience effectively
  • Streamline and automate business reporting, analytics, and operating processes to support the standard cadence of the business in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Developing and executing an innovative Selling Partner education strategy to improve the selling experience for AMPS Selling Partners in EU
  • Develop a SSR strategy and roadmap, test and scale various approaches to enable the right assistance is available to Selling Partners at the right time
  • Streamline and automate business reporting, analytics, and operating processes to support the standard cadence of the business in partnership with business stakeholders
  • Write and maintain documentation for sales operation processes
  • Partner with business analytics to develop necessary CRM infrastructure to support easy and scalable reporting
  • Use hard data and web analytics metrics to understand visitor behavior and impact on conversion, in order to provide recommendations on decision making and future plans
  • Interacting with stakeholders across multiple functions, and working with business, product and program teams to define and deliver solutions.
  • Communicating insights to senior leadership
  • Travel required 25%
  • Knowledge of Retail & Marketplace
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with a track record of delivery and impact at scale in organizations
  • Demonstrated skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
  • Prior data analysis experience preferred
