Legal and Compliance Officer
Job description :
You will be a key part of our Legal and Compliance team and work closely with the Head of Legal and Compliance and the Compliance Officer on the following tasks :
Performing AML reviews including ML / FT risk assessments on the assets side / investments of the funds, assessing fund initiators and presenting proactively the results and any significant impacts
Ensuring the maintenance and update of KYC documentation on customers, clients, etc. and manage all KYC requests from external parties
Updating and drawing up internal policies and procedures
Providing general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations
Assisting the Head of Legal and Compliance in the review of contractual documents as well as in the participation in international projects at group level
Ensuring general compliance with regulatory requirements for the company and our mandates
Profile description :
A university degree in Law
First practical experience in a similar position at a law firm or AIFM / ManCo (2 3 years)
Ability to communicate well with clients in a high-profile environment
Excellent organisational skills
Fluency in English, with German being a considerable advantage
