In the global pralines chocolate market arena, Ferrero Rocher is the number 1 in value market share and the only global brand with a sizeable market share in every key market.
Ferrero Rocher is undisputedly one of the lovebrands of Ferrero : with its distinctive features, such as its UPS unique recipe, gold wrapping, and prestigious heritage, Ferrero Rocher is a truly key icon into the premium chocolate worldwide.
In order to keep a solid path of growth for the future, Ferrero Rocher must face some key global challenges : stronger competition, premiumization of other categories, and keeping up the pace of modernity as concerns premium features.
Ferrero Rocher must respond to those challenges staying true to its legacy values, defending and improve the quality of its USP taste experience, while increasing the contemporaneity and up to dateness of the marketing mix.

Main Responsibilities :
In order to better respond to the Brand key global challenges, Ferrero Rocher core team will be reinforced with a new Brand Manager position, based in Luxembourg.
This new position will report to one of the 2 Senior BMs Ferrero Rocher Core, that in turn is reporting to Ferrero Rocher core Global Brand Manager.

Who we are looking for :
We are searching for candidates that want with a truly global mindset, working with a dynamic, proactive, and entrepreneurial attitude, wanting to give a contribution to continue Ferrero Rocher success story.
Seniority : between 4 to 7 years
Fluent in English, any other languages is a plus.
