Responsibilities The purpose of the position is to lead change management community of the bank and to coordinate change activities and resources in a coherent and effective manner.
Support and engage senior leaders and middle managers; Define metrics and implement change dashboards to monitor progress.
You have a strong background in Change Management with a formal change management qualification such as PROSCI / Change First You are able to handle multiple and complex projects with a solution oriented spirit and methodoloy.
Your skills : You have exceptional written and oral communication and judgment skills You are fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in English and French.
You are able to build effective relationships and operate with people at all levels; You have an experience in leading people in a matrix organization You understand the nature and the dynamic of big projects You are highly organized You have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
