The group is based on three pillars, essentially represented by three distinct entities and their respective subsidiaries : energy supply and the production of renewable energies through Enovos, grid operation through Creos and energy related services through Enovos Services and its own subsidiaries.
Under the supervision of the Head of Group Controlling and in collaboration with the team, you will be involved in the controlling and the review of the consolidated results of the group holding company.
You provide local controllers with guidance instructions to ensure a harmonized and transparent reporting structure within the Group
You ensure the accuracy of the Group’s monthly and annual accounts based on the adequate follow-up of the KPI’s of the company
You work closely with other departments to evaluate and investigate deviations between budget and actual
You generate monthly / quarterly / annual reports for the Board of Directors and financial analysis for all the corporate bodies
You prepare the financial analysis of the monthly actual, manage the group wide budget process, explain the deviations, and propose improvement plans
You ensure the transparency of business results, finance, processes, and strategy
You are reviewing M&A operations, assist yearly impairment testings and capex reviews
You set up and maintain the analytical accounting structure in SAP and ensure transparency and data quality
You contribute actively to the identification of improvement actions to be implemented
You assist Group wide projects
You hold a university degree in accounting, finance, or any related field
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar function
Operational experience in the energy sector will be considered as an asset
You have a good knowledge of Excel and SAP and of generally accepted accounting principles
Knowledge of consolidation principles would be considered as an asset
You have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems
Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English and French. A good knowledge of German and / or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
