Description
Act as lead legal counsel in respect of internal Group corporate matters for an international region (multi-countries)
Advise and co-ordinate with non-legal professionals supporting internal corporate transactions - treasury, tax, HR etc
Independently manage drafting and review of transactional documents and correspondence
Work with Group tax and external advisers to structure transactions to be most advantageous from a legal and business perspective
Support, advise and serve as Q&A resource for corporate legal matters
Administration of company secretarial and legal issues for the Group's international entities
Drafting agreements, memos, minutes of board and shareholder meetings and resolutions for the Group's international entities
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various corporate documentation
Profile
You have a proven experience as Corporate Lawyer / Corporate Legal Counsel in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English.
Job Offer
The role is based in Luxembourg-city, but with the option to work from home (up to 3 days per week).
