Your field of responsibility

Join the Client Management team at Credit Suisse (Luxembourg) S.A. from which you will be supporting the Northern & Western Europe UHNWI private banking business within the International Wealth Management division.

Your main responsibility will be to provide high quality support to Senior Relationship Managers, acting as a key point of contact for sophisticated UHNWI client relationships.

As a Client Manager, you drive the onboarding of new accounts and be responsible for the daily risk, compliance and commercial activities related to the client portfolio during the account lifecycle.

In your role, you will also work in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders (e.g., product experts, credit, risk, compliance, legal).

This is the ideal opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge on the UHNWI business, combine client-facing tasks with hands-on operational activities and build a strong internal network across the bank.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a highly motivated individual searching for a challenging role in Banking and Finance fulfilling the below criteria :

  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in banking in a client-facing role or in another relevant sector and / or a University degree in Banking & Finance;
  • Sound knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management sector;
  • Confirmed understanding of financial products, services and the regulatory landscape;
  • A proven ability to apply a problem-solving approach with good quantitative and analytical skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work towards deadlines, taking full ownership of your tasks;
  • Evidence of strong communication skills and enthusiasm that will allow to craft a network of positive working relationships with clients and colleagues to support a high service quality level;
  • Excellent teammate who can demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and self-initiative;
  • Business proficiency in English and German is a must French and any additional language skills are an asset;
