In order to strengthen our Professional Services Business Unit, we are looking for an Account Manager / Business Developer.

It is the opportunity to join a progressive and innovative IT Company : NSI Luxembourg! As an Account Manager, always focused on the human relations, you will have the following Responsibilities Develop business with existing and potential new clients in Consultancy and Recruitment The position will be a client and candidate facing one Develop and maintain customer and consultant relationships Work collaboratively with the Recruitment, Technical and Marketing teams Generate new business from dormant accounts Detection and response to the calls for tenders while respecting the deadlines Achieve a quarterly target Your profile You have at least 2 years' experience as a Sales Recruiter in an IT recruitment agency, or IT Services Company Fluent in English and in French Strong knowledge of the Luxembourgish market Recruitment cycle management Strong communication skills Excellent negotiating and presentation skills Stable, ambitious, flexible, proactive, organized and enthusiastic Result and customer satisfaction orientated The offer Permanent contract Trainings Dynamic and innovative environment Be in the position to open your career perspectives Competitive salary package If you do not receive any answer within around 20 days, you should consider that we cannot proceed with your application
