Work with the Board of Managers to convene, hold and minute Board meetings and be involved in the Luxembourg and other European jurisdiction deal closings, drafting and implementing funding instruments, and other activities of the company's businesses.

Description -plan, coordinate and assist with the preparation of Board meetings and board packs in a timely manner -attend board meetings to document and minute such meetings covering investment decisions throughout our client's various platforms -
support European investment origination activities - including compliance checklists, deal closings, and investment team support -
ensure coroporate files are complete, including coordination with other offices of the company and third parties -assist with the entity audit process and research questions from auditors -
help to develop and maintain efficient internal controls and business processes and actively participate in developing and maintaining best practices -
participate in a wide variety of special projects, both operational and financial Profile -5 years plus experience in a service provider or another private equity or investment management firm -
familiarity with debt and equity funding instruments, including Luxembourg hybrid instruments (e.g. TPEC and CPEC) -experience with private equity credit and structured products investments (bank, debt, HY bonds, CLOs) -
strong analysis and Excel skills -detail-oriented, responsible and pro-active -ability to meet time-sensitive regulatory and contractual requirements Job Offer -
