Responsibilities

  • Define and improve the overall Turkey customer experience including strategic initiatives to please customers in the future.
  • Manage an agile product management team focusing on the shopping experience and post-shopping experience.
  • Participate in day-to-day operational aspects of the Turkey business, including suggesting and executing business improvement initiatives, and gathering and addressing customer feedback.
  • Create new and smarter metrics to monitor Turkey customer experience.
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive relevant experience including experience analyzing and improving the performance of a business
  • Analytical and problem solving skills; paired with business acumen
  • Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed
  • People skills maximizing trusting effective relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Language requirement : Advanced English language skills
  • SQL skills
  • MBA or Consultancy experience (or equivalent)
