Greenfield is proud to collaborate with our client; a leading Real Estate company in their search for a German speaking Procurement Controller.

The group has warehouses in countries including France, the , and Germany. They have grown significantly in the last couple of years and are looking for a Senior profile to join a new department.

The person will report directly to the Finance Director. You will be leading a small team of officers and working on the good control of the suppliers and related costs.

The role :

Responsible for overall maintenance of supplier database

Production of internal reports on vendor control, payment statistics

Responsible for training, refreshers and general sensitivity to the risks incl. fraud, non-payment, late payments etc.

Review and management of any unusual and indirect setups : Property Managers, providers in various jurisdictions

System review and monitoring

System implementation workstreams

Internal check functions

First point of escalation for all queries / concerns for the team

Supplier and business facing for all questions

Process review and implementation

Other reporting and ad hoc projects

The profile :

BAC or equivalent in Finance, Business or Accounting

Experience in a similar role

Experience in leading a small team

Very strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Fluent in English AND German

Very good knowledge of MS Office is required, especially Excel. Additionally, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Autonomous, conscientious, rigorous, helpful and pro-active

Customer-service oriented
