Applications are invited by the Luxembourg of the Maples Group for the position of Vice President (Supervisor) Structured Finance who, under the supervision of the Senior Vice President Client accounting, will actively lead the Structured finance team’s which include Assistant Vice President(s), Senior Client Accountant(s), Client Accountant(s) and Junior Client Accountant(s).
The Vice President (Supervisor) will be responsible for undertaking a high number of new business / transactions, whether Fiduciary of administrative in nature, each year and will support and administer a portfolio of Structured finance clients.
ensuring that files are compliant with Maples Group processes and procedures; anticipating client needs well beyond current projects / engagements and adding to the client’s short and long-term business results.
Strong communication skills are required for the role, as it will involve maintaining professional relationships at high level.
The role requires someone completing professional qualification (i.e.
ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or any other relevant qualification, with 5 to 10 years’ of experience, ideally gained in financial services, audit or any other similar business.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership experience and strong knowledge of structured finance transactions, Luxembourg governance and relevant Luxembourg laws and regulations gained in Fiduciary, Audit or any other similar business.
Strong leadership experience.
in Lux GAAP and / or IFRS knowledge would be considered as a plus.
