  • Major Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead salesrelated activities in the European region and support the customer service team in Europe and in China;
  • Search for new business opportunity and increase sales volume in a proactive manner by expanding business with existing or new customer base;
  • Lead participating / attending sales related exhibitions and report the new industry knowledge and market trend; Identity customer’s need and maintain good relationship with customers;
  • Conduct periodic customer visits as to understand customer’s business status in order to provide appropriate service to them;
  • Ensure all related sales orders are being handled in accordance with customer’s requirement and be responsible for tracking down the progress and status of related projects;
  • Provide timely feedback to customer related to, including but not limited to, sales and product problems, customer complaints, quotations, payment status, project status, customer / plant visits, etc.

  • Assist in account receivables process and make sure customers are informed of outstanding payment settlements; Provide support to affiliate companies within the group, including but not limited to affiliates based in European region, whenever necessary as to follow up cross functional sales projects to regional customers;
  • Review internal sales process, make suggestions for improvement and drive for efficiency and cost effectiveness; show initiative and strive for organizational improvement by providing suggestions for optimization of existing procedure;
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecast for superior’s review; Travel will be required from time to time for carrying out the job duties;
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the Company.

    Academic and Professional Requirement Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / or related discipline Working Experience Requirement (min.

    years of working experience) Min 5 years of experience in sales management in multinational manufacturing environment Experience by metal casting or machining company would be a plus Professional / Technical Skills Requirement Prior work experiences in sales, marketing, engineering support, customer service function are preferred.

    Management skills and Personal Qualities Requirement Fluent in English and French, Chinese or one other European language would be a plus Ability to prioritize workload and the initiative to drive improvements in processes Proficient in MS Office Other Requirement Resume must be in English
