Developing specific goals, implement and evaluate performance objectives.
Conducting performance reviews, monthly planning and reviews, submitting accurate forecasts, managing rate cards with representatives.
Utilizing all tools and marketing materials to enhance closing ratios.
Leading closing strategic opportunities.
Experience managing a field based international sales organization with a minimum of 4 direct reports.
A strong track-record in winning net new business in previous roles. large accounts and complex sales.
Extensive experience using a CRM to manage performance.
Value selling is part of your core beliefs, sales consultancy profile comfortable with targets and keen on challenges in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
Well-structured and able to manage different projects in parallel, setting the right priorities and organising your time management.
A dynamic and assertive person, comfortable with C level face-to-face client interactions.
Strong negotiation skills are a must, including pricing discussions.
Knowledge of the content management & client communication services market. Being comfortable in the digital space is a plus
Exemplary oral and written communication skills in English and French. German is a plus
