Within our Compliance department, your main mission will be to manage the filing and conservation of our paper documentation.
As a Document Management Officer / Archivist (m / f), you will :
Welcome and assist our internal clients in the management of their documentation;
Ensure the packaging and handling of the paper file;
Ensure physical storage;
Collect and store documentation in dedicated spaces;
Participate in the destruction process;
Perform physical inventories.
You hold a Bachelor degree in administration or in any other relevant field;
You have a first experience in an administrative and / or a client-service oriented role;
You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word);
You are fluent in French with a good command of English;
You are attentive to details, rigorous;
You are service-oriented;
You can deal with confidential and sensitive information.
