About the job
Reporting to the HR Director, you lead and manage the EY Luxembourg Recruitment teamand activities. Based on your experience, you implement Best Practices and developa long-term recruitment strategy in line with the growth and requirements ofthe business.
Yourmain responsibilities are :
Coordination of all recruitment activities and processes of the firm;
Management, coaching and development of the recruitment team members;
Working closely together with the local partners and business leaders to make recruitment a collaborative approach between business owners and recruiters;
Playing an active role in the sourcing and interviewing process of experienced level candidates;
Supervise sourcing capabilities and implementation of sourcing strategies in relation with business owners;
Implement recruitment policies and procedures in accordance with HR / Business strategy and talent acquisition trends;
Improve employer branding through campus relations with target schools and recruitment events;
Develop and roll out of social media campaigns in collaboration with marketing team;
Build data-driven reporting and analytics to regularly provide the business with standard hiring information as well as predictive trends, skills gaps, and market / business intelligence.
You have a university degree in human resources, businessmanagement or a comparable certification;
You have minimum 6 years of relevant recruitment experience in aninternational organization of the professional services or financial services industry;
You could gain team leading experience in a dynamic and fast pacedenvironment;
You have excellent interviewing and negotiation skills, very goodcommunication skills and overall presentation;
You are fluent in English, French and / or German, any other language is considered as an asset;
You have a sound knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and electronic recruitment systems;
You have a very good command of project management;
You are able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
You possess a strong customer orientation;
You are teaming, with strong ethics and commitment to professional values.
