Your responsibilties :
client reception, phone calls, e-mails
management of general administrative tasks (copies, scans, prints)
management of meeting rooms
organisation business meeting, including hotel bookings
act as back-up during Management or team absence
providing event management support
Your profile :
first experience as receptionist, preferably in a bank
excellent English and German skills, French and further European languages advantageous
good organisational skills and customer service skills
independet and fast-learning
It skills : Microsoft Office is mandatory
