Our client, a prestigious Bank is looking for an administrative assistant for a 3 months contract.
The candidate ensures timely and accurate issuance of all Fraud Investigations reporting and communications.
He provides quality assurance role on quality and format of IN documents to project professional image of the division.
He sets and manages priorities and ensures administrative coherence.
This includes screening of all incoming documents, preparing responses, ensuring appropriate follow -up and taking any initiative needed for a particular event.
He prepares non-routine correspondence on various topics on behalf of the Head of Division organizes and maintains filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
He handles and processes information of diverse and confidential nature.
Distributes and circulates information, report or status updates in order to keep others informed.
He serves as primary point of contact and liaison for Fraud Investigations, prepares staff meetings, information, agenda and minutes, organizes internal and external meetings of the Head of Division and team members and maintains and processes the statistical data and ensure that it is stored in timely correct and consistent manner.
The candidate speaks fluently English and French and has a prior experience as an administrative assistant and Excel in Microsoft office.
