Your team

  • FundPartner Solutions (Europe) ("FPS Europe"), a Pictet Group company set up in January 2012, offers its clients a first-rate fund administration service and, in anticipating future regulatory challenges, positions itself as a management company dedicated to third-party fund ;
  • FPS Europe is a Luxembourg UCITS and AIFM management company subject to Chapter 15 of the Luxembourg law of 17 December 2010 on undertakings for collective investment, as well as the Law of 12 July 2013.

    FPS Europe covers all the tasks related to fund administration, including fund accounting and NAV calculation, risk management, transfer agent, distribution and domiciliary services, together with investment controlling and a Director's Office.

  • In doing so, it offers the entire range of services related to aspects of risk, governance and regulations. Within your team, you will act as the primary point of contact for alternative ;
  • You will be responsible for receiving, following up on and resolving client enquiries and problems through effective interaction with the relevant teams and specialists in a timely and professional manner during the entire lifecycle of the relationship.

  • You will provide day-to-day support to a large variety of clients. In so doing you will show a positive mindset and a client first work ethic and be responsible for the satisfaction of our ;
  • Your role

  • Acting as the first day-to-day contact person for clients.
  • Addressing clients’ business issues both proactively and efficiently.
  • Receiving inbound client primary queries and analysing and resolving them promptly.
  • Producing and sending various reports for our clients.
  • Providing assistance with and helping to organise client service review meetings.
  • Providing support with procedure documentation and administrative tasks ( SLA, procedures, minutes of meetings, etc.).
  • Ensuring the quality of deliveries and services provided by working closely with the relevant operations teams in the department and in the Group as a whole.
  • Coordinating and assisting with the onboarding process of new relationships.
  • Maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Assisting with fundraising processes pertaining to Pictet in-house vehicles and the subscription process follow up and coordination.
  • Your profile

  • Degree in Finance or ;
  • Three to five years’ experience in a similar ;
  • Strong technical understanding of private equity products, both direct investment and fund of fund types of investment.
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg fund regulatory environment and legal documentation (PPM, LPA, communications, etc.) related to PE / RE investments.
  • Knowledge and understanding of AIF day-to-day operations.
  • Experience in wealth management / private banking would be a plus.
  • Excellent command of English and French. Any other language would be a ;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with ;
  • Excellent modelling and MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Efront and / or Jira skills would be a plus.

  • Excellent at solving problems and coming up with innovative solutions.
