Role summary : We are looking for a creative individual who has excellent graphic design and marketing communications skills, who will be responsible for : Designing collateral to deliver high impact marketing material across multiple channels including brochure-

ware, digital, web and internal communications Enhancing the Company’s brand visibility and perception by suggesting new creative ways to develop the brand and collateral reflecting the over-

arching brand positioning of the company Developing compelling new marketing documentation, advertisements, stationery, templates etc.

  • to support brand building and ultimately growing new business Liaising with external agencies, where appropriate, to support design or print Being a steward of the company’s reputation by ensuring all marketing material created and produced is approved and fully compliant Being a trusted adviser on marketing collateral to the marketing and sales management teams Role description : Develop and maintain a clear understanding of Lombard International Assurance’s value propositions covering marketing communications, market environment and competitive landscape From this design, develop and produce marketing communications collateral to support the development of the business and grow the brand across Europe Create marketing documentation in line with the Company’s brand guidelines, including layout creation;
  • content sign-off; management of external translations and internal reviews; print production; electronic publication on relevant channels; on-going maintenance.

    Create engaging advertisements, internal magazines, banners and other visuals; ensuring those visuals are in line with the Company’s brand guidelines Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts Create marketing presentations for stakeholders Key management of external suppliers for the production of merchandising and printed material Obtain necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions Collaborate with cross-

    functional teams from Digital, Corporate Events, Corporate Communications to produce effective promotional material Work with relevant stakeholders to identify monthly themes to support positioning Lombard International Assurance as a thought leader with key partners / clients.

    Required qualifications and competencies : Proven graphic design experience : at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role (financial services industry : wealth management, private banking or insurance would be very beneficial) Graphic design skills and experience with key software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills fluent English and French speaker other European languages would be an asset Demonstrable creative flair High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas Experience in working with cross functional teams The ability to work in a high pressure environment and to deadlines Strong project management skills and ability to manage budgets within defined limits A team player with a creative and solutions-

    oriented mind-set to problem solving Experience in social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
