PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide support and assistance to the Directors, Managers and Administrators in connection with the professional trust and company administration services provided by Ocorian Services Limited, primarily within the Real Estate business line.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with Ocorian policies and procedures at all times and participate in their ongoing review and development Assist timely with the bookkeeping as required Prepare accurately management accounts and annual accounts Prepare periodic and annual VAT returns and tax returns in time Liaise with banks and others providers Provide day-
to-day administrative assistance to the client-companies and to other members of the team as may from time to time be requested To assist the Manager, providing daily support as requested Supporting the on-
going development of the team by involvement in the training QUALIFICATIONS The post holder will hold an appropriate accounting qualification (e.
g.
