The exceptional EY experience. It's yours to build. The opportunity : your next adventure awaits The HR Assistant will be part of the HR reward team which handles compensation and benefits matters for the company.

The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing professional administrative support and assistance to the reward department.

All these responsibilities and tasks will be done in close contact with the HR reward team members, our internal clients and the external applicants.

This is a position where you will be working with experienced HR professionals that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day.

This means that you will develop a thorough understanding of our reward processes and policies. In this role you act also as contact for our employees around reward topics. What we look for

  • Qualifications :
  • You are particularly motivated to bring the best experience to our EY employees
  • You have a strong client focus orientation
  • You also enjoy the rigor of administrative tasks and appreciate their importance
  • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Administration or Human Resources
  • Microsoft Office application should be well familiar to you (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • You must have a fluency in English and French. An additional language will be an asset
