Facing a massive growth in their activities, we are currently recruiting an IT Customer Support (M / W) to join their multicultural and dynamic team in Luxembourg.
The role includes the following tasks :
Collect and handle technical queries
Resolve last minutes issues and complains in a timely manner
First and second IT level support
To support the team you will have to :
Have a first succeeded experience in a customer service or as a helpdesk
Be fluent in English, any other European language is an asset.
You are available to work in shifts (morning / afternoon / night)
Excellent IT skills (Linux, SQL, Troubleshooting skills)
Ticketing system and disposition tools, MS Office, Internet, Outlook;
Team player, strong capacities of analysis, excellent communication skills and autonomous.
