Job description

Our client is an international and major actor in the multiple payment Industry, providing solutions in diverse areas.

Facing a massive growth in their activities, we are currently recruiting an IT Customer Support (M / W) to join their multicultural and dynamic team in Luxembourg.

The role includes the following tasks :

  • Collect and handle technical queries
  • Resolve last minutes issues and complains in a timely manner
  • First and second IT level support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Hardware management
  • Desired profile

    To support the team you will have to :

  • Have a first succeeded experience in a customer service or as a helpdesk
  • Be fluent in English, any other European language is an asset.
  • You are available to work in shifts (morning / afternoon / night)
  • Excellent IT skills (Linux, SQL, Troubleshooting skills)
  • Ticketing system and disposition tools, MS Office, Internet, Outlook;
  • Team player, strong capacities of analysis, excellent communication skills and autonomous.
