cultural setting Your Responsibilities Reception & switchboard Handle incoming calls and welcome visitors Manage visitors access and meeting rooms Maintain document filing and archiving as well as courier internal distribution Administration Support our commercial shipping operations for Establish seafarers Contract of Employments based on company policy If necessary take flight arrangements for travelling crew dealing with company travel agent Manage and update the seafarers registers, following-
up joining and sing-offs of crews certification and theirs expiry dates Support our accounting team for Follow-up companies payments Reconciliation and verification of vessel reported data
