Accounting Team Leader (M / F) While Talantlers offers talent attraction solutions to Luxembourg major players in all industries, we have been mandated by our client’s CFO to Search & Select an Accounting Team Leader for an industrial subsidiary of the group.

Your main missions :

Responsible for the accounting within the company : monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;

Organize financial supervision : monitor accounting statements, certification of accounts and preparation of financial reports of the entity;

Participate in the development of regulatory & management reporting;

Manage continuous improvement process on all finance related aspects;

Answer to external and internal auditors requests;

Carry out monthly cash reporting and cash management;

Monitor the ALM policy in compliance with the rules defined by the Group;

Report and participate in various committees;

Coach and supervise 2 Junior Accountants.

Your profile :

University Master 2 degree in accounting ;

Fluency in French and English is required (Italian is considered as an asset);

A minimum of 5 years successful accounting experience in Luxembourg;

Strong knowledge of accounting;

Great writing ability and capacity to resume;

Sense of professional rigor and force of argumentation;

Good organizational skills, customer and result oriented;

Great sense of responsibilities;

Excellent knowledge of Excel;

Openness to change and strive for diversity in work;

Strong team player, proactive and flexible;

Excellent ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
