Our client based in Windhof (Luxembourg) has almost 20 years of experience in electronic and physical security solutions and is looking for a Business developer in security equipment installations H / F whose main tasks will be to support its development :
You develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve objectives and profitability
You prepare a prospecting strategy to attract new customers and improve the company known.
You prospect through different channels to establish your customer portfolio on Luxembourg territory.
You ensure that customers are informed about the introduction of new products / services and their prices.
You work with the team to provide competitive prices on proposals and maintain a maximum profit margin.
You manage budget and improve forecast accuracy for the sales function and projects
You have a participatory role in generating order intake, including direct customer interaction, participation in industry professional organizations and events, and supplier partner management.
You collaborate with the different departments of the company
You adhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of business ethics and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
You always act as the best service provider for our customers
You determine the areas of optimization and help operational managers to achieve savings, anticipate drifts and take corrective measures.
You have a technical-commercial degree or experience in this type of position.
You have at least three years of experience in the field of electronic security (access control and video surveillance) in B2B
You are fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset.
You know how to establish a budget, and master office automation tools
You have an excellent sense of organization
You are active, autonomous, able to show initiative and make decisions
