The position of Junior IT Support Officer forms part of the IT Department comprising of approximately 2 staff members, an integral part of Trident Trust Luxembourg based office of approximately 30 staff.
The Junior IT Support Officer will report to the European IT Coordinator of Trident Trust Luxembourg. Junior IT Support Officer (M / F) role based in Luxembourg Duties Responsibilities will include but not limited to : 1st level of incidents / requests management (i.
e., interpretation, classification, handling, assignment, follow-up, resolution ) Monitoring infrastructure & applications : failures, errors, performance issues, availability, malfunction Escalating and following-up to management or external suppliers Hardware and software maintenance Development of business reports Experience and knowledge Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, GPO, SQL Server : good knowledges SQL scripting : good knowledge Microsoft Office Suite : advanced knowledge Network : basic knowledge Core Competencies Client centricity & service delivery focus are fundamental Good prioritization capabilities and stress resistant Enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude Good attention to detail while appreciating the bigger picture Willing to learn / share knowledge with teams worldwide Team spirit is imperative but also able to work in stand-alone whenever needed English mandatory : advanced level Qualifications Microsoft certification would be an advantage or any other solution Training On the job training will be provided but the holder of the post will be expected to have previous experience of IT support.
