Société Générale Securities Services (SGSS), the Securities business line of Société Générale Group, is one of the main Administration and Custody actors for mutual funds in Luxembourg.

We offer a complete range of services for institutional clients : liquidity management, compensation, depositary and conservation services, funds administration and asset servicing, transfer agent and issuer services.

Main mission :

The collaborator contributes to expand the Net banking income from prospect portfolio. He / she pro-actively sells all products and services of the Securities Services (clearing / custody, middle office, collateral management, negotiation table) to Banks, Brokers and Institutional Clients (insurance companies, pension institutions and foresight, organization).

Main tasks :

The Sales Relationship Manager is accountable for :

  • Establishing the commercial prospecting plan from the strategy defined by the Product and Marketing teams and validated by your manager;
  • Implementing direct prospecting actions;
  • Developing relationships with prospects of his / her portfolio;
  • Participating closely with the Request for proposal team to reply to Request for proposal initiated by our prospective deals;
  • Presenting SGSS services and offers;
  • Overseeing contracts and handover to Relationship Managers when starting new clients;
  • Identifying new opportunities for services and products;
  • Coordinating with international offices in the cross-selling services;
  • Assisting Product Engineering teams in developing new products or improving existing;
  • Ensuring the promotion of SGSS service offerings and representativeness of SGSS to events;
  • Promoting SGSS positioning in various events.
  • Profile

  • Masters’ degree;
  • Required experience : 5 years in a similar position;
  • Strong French and English knowledge, German language knowledge would be considered an advantage;
  • Ability to innovate;
  • Proactive;
  • Business and interpersonal skills (argumentation - negotiation);
  • Technical expertise on SGSS products and services;
  • Analysis ability;
  • Ability to identify new markets.
