The Amazon EU Devices Product Management team is looking for a results-oriented Launch Manager to lead new product launches across Amazon’s EU marketplaces.
As a product launch manager, you will own the development and management of the product launch plans, ensuring that all activities are completed on a timely basis to the highest possible standards.
You will work closely with the business, marketing, operations, and technical teams to deliver a world-class online and offline experience for Amazon’s customers.
In addition to the primary responsibility of leading product launches, this role will also be the end-to-end management owner of several strategic projects.

Drive product launches including working with executives, marketing and other product management team members.
Work closely with engineering teams, program management and site merchandizing to deliver products to market.
Write crisp product launch business requirements to define and deliver a best-in-class online buying experience.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
Own cross team post-mortems to identify areas to innovate and improve the customer experience and product launch process.
Ensure all Devices product details and descriptions are up-to-date and accurate across a variety of internal content management tools.
Research and identify new product or marketing opportunities for Devices products on Amazon; communicate opportunities effectively to senior management;
drive execution of approved projects.
Demonstrated track record of delivering customer experience wins
5+ years in technology product management
Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Both technically deep and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization
Past experience with digital technologies, consumer products, media, and e-commerce
Past experience driving consumer product or website launches
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including engineering, merchandising, design, marketing, and operations
