Due to the continued expansion of the activities, they are currently hiring a Payroll Coordinator, based in Luxembourg.
This Payroll Coordinator will be involved in the coordinating and executing of various European operating entities' payroll.
Our client is a well-known Real estate developer with international activities and an established office in Luxembourg.
As a Payroll Coordinator, your main tasks and responsibilities will be :
Provide instructions to the payroll companies in each country where Panattoni is operating ;
Check the payroll calculation by doing variance reports ;
Request funds from the treasury department in order to pay the salaries, the social security, the wage tax, etc ;
Pay the monthly salaries on time by bank transfers ;
In charge of the payroll accountancy (Payroll journal entries and Bank journal entries) ;
Assist with and be in charge of the administration of employment contracts, amendments and termination agreement when necessary ;
Order Lunch vouchers and manage and ensure all benefits in kind are properly communicated to payroll providers
Update the Human Resource database as well as the Organization Chart
Various other ad-hoc tasks as required
Proven working experience as Payroll Coordinator (or equivalent)
Familiarity with payroll processes
Proficiency in MS Excel
Proficiency in Visio
Very high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is a must
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to work efficiently in a team ;
Fluency in English is required. Any other European language will be considered an asset.
