We are currently looking for a Company Secretarial Officer (CDI, m / f) to join our bank.
Key responsibilities Under the supervision of the Group General Secretary, you will assist in all matters linked to the functioning of the governance instances, and contribute to maintain the highest standards in the corporate governance of the bank.
Maintains and monitors any kind of document pertaining to the life cycle of a Luxembourg company (AGM, power of attorney, authorized signatures, filling documents with RCS, drafting circular resolution).
Assist in driving change and improvement in corporate governance; Provide assistance in ad-hoc projects as required.
Minimum profile requirements Bac+3.
Character : meticulous and well organized, with ability to multi-task, enthusiastic and open-minded; Fluent in English and French.
