For our securities services activities in Luxembourg, we are currently looking to recruit a : Client Service Manager Permanent contract Role and Responsibilities : The role of the Client Service Manager is focused on ensuring our service meets our client’s needs.
For this role the successful candidate will require to work closely with our Global Distribution and Transfer Agency (GDTA) teams as the services being provided to the client from Luxembourg will primarily be GDTA, however the candidate may in the future also be required to look after the service delivery for Custody or Fund Administration activities.
As well as interfacing with the local GDTA teams, due to the global nature of this client it will require working with other HSBC locations to ensure a consistent, cohesive client management model is in place.
In addition, you will be the clients’ escalation point for any support required on daily complex or cross-departmental operational matters as well as, but not limited to, specific product development requests.
You will organise regular service review meetings with the client covering all aspects of the Luxembourg based business.
This will require teamwork, negotiation and enthusiasm in what will be a continually changing environment.
Experience of dealing directly with Senior Management at a client level and other third parties; Fluent English essential, knowledge of German or other European languages would be a definite advantage.
