For one of our clients, a European Institution we are searching for an :

Administrative Assistant - Operations (m / f) FRENCH and ENGLISH

Start / End Dates : 21 / 03 / 2019 - 30 / 09 / 2019

Job Description : Accountabilities

Accountabilities

  • Handle different administrative duties for the whole ORM Unit, such as management of the HoU’s calendar, organisation of meetings;
  • Manage the ORM GED area (maintain the folders up-to-date, carry out a regular check and cleanup of the folders, make improvement proposals);
  • Assist the Office Space coordinator in her daily tasks (provide logistics support in the implementation of the office moves, liaise with the relevant services in case of issues).
  • Qualifications

  • Secondary level education, ideally complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (e.g. secretarial studies, business administration)
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in providing administrative support
  • Excellent knowledge of standard MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and a good command of French. Knowledge of another European language will be considered as a distinct advantage.
