We are currently looking for an Head of Infrastructure Management Services Luxembourg (M / F) focused on Infrastructure Management, Managed Services and Professional Services for our local customers in Banking, Insurance, Industry, Services and Public Sector.
You will be in charge of a team of about 40 IT Infrastructure specialists.
Your Objectives :
Oversee the department, continuously reviewing priorities relating to finance (operating account, profitability), sales (customer relationships, sales, Group synergies), people management (recruitment, motivation, training, development), delivery (resource management, surveillance, capitalisation) and quality (compliance with the quality system), based on the economic context, and in keeping with the division's development plan and with the Group's values, strategies and policies.
Essential Responsibilities :
Knowledge of the Luxembourg market;
Develops a high-level network of customer relations;
Is involved in constructing client based solutions as an answer to RPF’s;
Facilitates the good implementation of contracts (resource management, quality, costs, deadlines, risk anticipation and management, customer satisfaction, capitalisation), designates the department's quality and security structure;
Adopts the surveillance management on a daily basis, performs this role, appoints surveillance directors for projects handled by the department;
Promotes and implements the global delivery model.
Delivery and Quality Management :
Ensures that all day-to-day operational activities are executed in a timely and reliable way.
Drive for continuous service improvement;
Participate to the budget definition and follow-up forecasts, actual figures, invoicing, collections);
Defines and optimises the department's organisation;
Participate to the definition of the department's target vision and how to achieve it;
Develops short-, medium- and long-term activity;
Contributes to the development of local awareness.
Contributes to the development of industrialised IM solutions.
People integration :
Promotes and transfers knowledge of the Group's project, values and fundamentals and relays the Group's internal communication.
Motivates and coordinates the employees in his / her department and oversees the assessment and development of the department's employees;
Leads the department's management team and appoints and leads proximity managers;
Promotes bottom-up and top-down communication, working to develop a motivating and positive work atmosphere within teams;
Identifies recruitment needs and manages the recruitment plan in accordance with HR policies;
Organises new positions, tutoring and training for employees;
Your Profile :
As senior experienced profile, you have a past experience as a Head of Infrastructure Management, Head of Operation preferably between 5 and 8 years;
Strong technical knowledge in IT Infrastructure and managed services;
You have a demonstrated experience as true leader and have several years of experience in a people management position.
You have experience in Cloud transformation;
You are ITIL certified;
Strong knowledge of regulation (PSF, ISO27001 and GDPR);
You have a master's degree or equivalent experience;
You are fluent in French and English, any other language(s) is an advantage;
