SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGER (M / F)
Experis is currently looking for a Service Operations Manager (m / f) on behalf of a client based in Luxembourg.
Your responsibilities Responsible for the BAU business, you are responsible for providing customers and staff with global technical support and is accountable for managing day-to-day technical operations while ensuring overall efficiency.
You are therefore responsible for both the efficiency of day-to-day operations and for providing strategic leadership that optimizes the support model.
Coordinate the implementation of IT projects while developing the organization's IT processes and service operations.
Maintain constant communication by developing relationships with various teams and stakeholders for effective implementation.
Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives .
Lead and manage operational SLAs and performance (incidents, requests, problems, changes) to ensure a flawless service level.
Motivate staff by setting and achieving challenging goals; be persistent in overcoming obstacles.
Leading change management and risk management.
Experience in team management and strong client management skills .
Significant project management experience .
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and internal commitment to complete tasks.
Understanding of policy, planning and strategy.
