  • Fund Event Project Analyst (m / f) Main Responsibilities : As a member of the fund event project team you will be : Helping to coordinate the operations teams involved in fund events (launches, mergers, migrations, liquidations );
  • Aiding the coordination of the teams involved in pre-NAV processes, notably fund set-up, including : fee set-up, instrument set-

    up and pricing, trade processing, corporate actions ;Ensuring that events are coordinated through the whole production life-

  • cycle of the fund by using established best practices and project tools;Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, runbooks and any other project related documentation;
  • Identifying and escalating issues including system functionality, data availability, re-source availability and the scope or scale of ongoing projects;
  • Active management of direct and indirect communications with clients, service providers, fund management companies, custodians, portfolio managers and brokers in order to successfully run fund events in line with the defined scope and timeAssist the Client Service Delivery Managers in identifying any changes to service level reporting or deviation from standard operating models raised in the project environment to ensure they are captured appropriately in service level agreements.

  • Requirements : Excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills;Inquisitive by nature and a fast learner;A good understanding of the financial industry, especially funds and asset servicing, from an operational and business perspective;
  • The ability to stay focused and analytical under pressure;Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with an evolving operating model and with an evolving business environment;
  • Able to prioritize business requirements to manage deliveries within agreed dead-lines;Excellent at communicating; both in writing and verbally in English.

    French and / or German would be an important advantage. Working Organization : The working hours are 8 hours per day from Monday to Friday.

    The working time is based on a flexi-time model adjusted to business needs. All partners must respect the legal limitation of a maximum of 10 working hours per day and 48 working hours per week.
