Program Manager Mergers & Integration in PS

Do you want to work on the mergers and integrations in Production Services?

As program manager in our T&I team you will have to the chance to be directly involved in integrating new joining companies in our PS landscape and to deploy the latest technologies in our teams.

As PS we have a big transition in front of us to move our platforms to the Cloud.

Your experience in cloud transformations will help us to speed this up!

T&I (Transformation & Integration) Production Services team at Worldline is dedicated to :

  • Manage Transformation and Integration projects / programs
  • Provide regular reporting (PMO) for WL global programs & various ongoing activities
  • Support all integration activities for the recently acquired companies at Production Services responsible for 1500 people.
  • You secure projects that involve multiple stakeholders within an international matrix environment.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Make onboarding and integrations plans with newly acquired companies in Production Services
  • Develop standard onboarding documents and training
  • Lead the integration programsDelivery of international programs with the requested scope, quality, budget and timeframe.
  • Directs & coordinates activities of the project teams to ensure progresses from project initiation through the project closureMonitors progress based on any project plansProvides leadership & motivation to project team membersLeads efforts to solve problems encountered during project executionDevelops approach (work breakdown structure) to meet project requirements and scope of deliverables.

    Identifies actions to execute multiple, diverse projects as a single, unified programCoordinates & responds effectively to any changes of requirements

    Required Skills :

  • Degree in a business or technical discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.
  • or sufficient work experience to demonstrate proficiency at this level.

  • Strong Experience in an international Program Management role focusing on mergers and integrations
  • Must have proven strong experience creating international program plans and artifacts, status updates / dashboards / reporting, and some financial management and budgeting
  • Candidates should have familiarity with infrastructure products and technologies (Linux / Solaris, Oracle Databases, SAN / NAS storage, Data Centers )
  • Competences :

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English. Other languages (French, German, Dutch) is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Ability to lead international teams with clear direction
  • Ability to communicate well with different stakeholders (Executive manager; developers, technical teams, risk, compliance, security )
