We are looking for a strong people manager who will lead our Fleet Ops Integration Team. The team is responsible for delivering processes and mechanism that allow us to scale.
These range from new tech deployments to projects like large-scale rental agreements, deployment plans and peak preparations.
The scaling of the electric delivery fleet is also a core responsibility of the team.
The manager of this team has to be able to stay on top of this wide range of projects and priorities whilst not losing track of her (or his) core responsibility : People Management.
