If you answered Yes to all the above, we want to meet you! As part of the Markets team (Accounts, Industries and Business Development), your mission will be to help EY on the go-to-market strategy.
In that frame you will collaborate with EY’s industries teams on challenging projects :
Update our CRM (client relationship Management tool) data regarding companies and contact persons up to date.
Take care of administrative aspects related to our Client experience program.
Update the Client experience data.
Take care of all administrative aspects related to our CRM tool.
Play a strong role in the data migration to our new global system.
Ensure accurate data of our Sales & Pipeline (opportunity management).
Train our new Managers & ups on our CRM tool and be the daily point of contact.
Work closely with some departments like Marketing, Risk Management or Finance.
Work closely with Service lines and client facing professionals.
Support and promote AIBD internal communications / campaigns.

Qualifications : e ligibility requirements include the following :
Excellent command of spoken and written English, the knowledge of other languages such as French or German will be considered as a strong asset.
You are curious and results driven.
You have a strong interest on data analytics tools such as Power BI / analytical tools in order to provide impactful messages to support decision making.
You are curious about the experience of our clients.
Excellent MS office skills including Excel and PowerPoint are required.
Experience in CRM tool is an asset.
Experience in account management and Backoffice is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
Time Management skills ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end.
Ability to build strong networks with internal stakeholders.
Excellent accuracy and high level of detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
