What this job involves
You’ll join our Corporate Solutions team to participate in developing its activity and broadening the services offers to its Corporate clients.
Our Corporate Solutions team acts exclusively on behalf of occupiers and never on behalf of Landlords.
In this job, you’ll connect with our global and local Corporate Clients to deal with corporate real estate challenges and drive them to deliver better business performance.
Assignments include global real estate advice, transaction management (lease acquisition, renegotiation, disposal, asset acquisition) and workplace advice.
More particularly, your job will involve :
You’ll work in close relationship with the other local business lines and also maintain the relationship with international peers working with Corporate clients.

Education and Experience
You’ll have a Master degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Law, Economy, Management or Engineering and you’ll be passionate about real estate.
As far as your experience is concerned, two to three years in a B2B environment will be requested.
You have perfect knowledge of both French and English.
You master Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
You’ll have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus.
Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a supportive and international talented team.
This position will suit you if you like working in a busy, fast-paced and multi-project environment.
You are business oriented and negotiation motivates you.
Analytic mindset and Entrepreneurial spirit
You have a strong ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information. You are a problem solver.
