Job Description & Summary

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients.

You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Data Intelligence and Analysis - Practice Support team provides PwC a series of organisational technology capabilities that include business intelligence, data management, data warehouse, and data assurance.

You’ll help with projects that involve information technology strategy and infrastructure, enterprise architecture, enterprise applications, large scale programme and portfolio management, information technology security, data analytics, computer forensics, and emerging technologies like cloud, mobility and social networking.

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our internal clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Our Global Technology Solutions department is growing and looking for motivated candidates to join an international, fast-

moving and inspiring company. Our department is a team of more than 160 IT experts involved in varied and innovative internal projects.

As a Business Intelligence Developer (m / f) , you will :

be part of the team’s Reporting unit, involved in various business intelligence projects;

act as a designer / developer in these projects, from drawing up their specifications to rolling them out; and

strengthen the existing team and lend your expertise to the ongoing Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services projects using Microsoft Power BI or SQL Server.

Your profile

You have a master’s degree in Business Intelligence;

You have already worked on business intelligence projects and are keen to dive into a long-term project;

You are proficient in programming techniques, and ideally have a functional perspective of BI environments;

You are proficient in French and English, which are widely used within our firm;

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good listener;

You are meticulous, have good analytical skills and focus on the bigger picture.

Your technical skills

SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS;

Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects;

PL / SQL, T-SQL;

Knowledge of C# and the SAP or SAP BW modules would be an advantage;

Knowledge of anything from relational databases to data mining and big data (especially prior development experience with Hadoop architecture) would also be an advantage.
