Scope and Purpose
The main activities will be the following : -Maintain Companies procedures, SLA's, OM's and other operational documentation-Maintain the Company's Product databases-Manage fund setup, fund reorganisations and fund events (i.
e. dividend, mergers)-Perform directly and indirectly controls on the outsourced activities-Participate in the Analysis and control of the prompt fulfilment of the contracts by the outsourcers-Perform daily Operating Data controls on external activities related to the fund management process-Assist in Due Diligence process (i.
e. onsite; questionnaire)-Collaborate in the definition and Review of KPIs-Participate in the preparation of periodic reports on the quality of outsourced service providers to the Conducting Officers and to the Board of Directors-Assist in New Counterparties Onboarding (i.
e. Delegated Investment Manager, Advisor)-Collaborate in the Fund's operational Activities from set ups to liquidation (Internal and with the Outsourcers)-Participate in Fund Events communication (i.
e. Launch, Liquidation, Merger, Conversion, Dividend Payments, operational prospectus amendments)-Maintain internal Products' Databases updated and accurate and perform quality controls over the data-Respond to internal and external requests regarding data and administrative information related to the Company's funds (i.
e. inception dates, pricing information)-Draft and update of Operating Memorandum, specific policies, procedures and reports on internal processes on the basis of Holding Company's requirements and requested tools-Monitor tax position of the investment funds established by the Company and manages relationship with the funds' tax advisors-Participate in the fulfilment of Company's Business Continuity Plan maintenance.
5 years academic background (Master) or significant professional experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of computer-based tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Access is considered as an assetGood understanding of mutual funds accounting processUnderstanding of the UCITS regulatory environment
