Operations Officer for our Accounts Payable Team
The Operations Officer carries out the entire Accounts Payable activities. This includes the automated process as well as handling invoices and payments that require customized treatment.
Handling of incoming invoices (scanning) and maintaining detailed electronic filing system of invoices and payments in Viewpoint
Preparation of payment instructions, processing and settlement of payments both for TMF invoices as well as for third party invoices
Monitor payments due, liaise with clients and banks to verify that sufficient funds are available for payment Monitor the automated payment process

Prepare confirmation mails to clients and ensure that client approval is obtained
Relevant work experience in handling invoice payments or qualification in finance or economics
Proficiency in English
Understanding of payment and financial processes
