We are currently representing a successful global Private Equity & Real Estate investment manager, which goals is to re-invent the potential of investments and aims to provide to their clients different approach.
They are looking for an experienced leader that will plan, direct and deliver on all accounting, financial reporting and treasury matters for European based funds and investments.
This person will act a senior member of the financial team responding to various enquiries from internal and external parties with respect to all reporting activities on behalf of the various international legal entities.
This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer worldwide. Missions :
Provide leadership and guidance to the local accounting teams, including training and monitoring of performance
Review and approve the preparation of audited financial statements for all international legal entities.
Coordinate activities of external auditors
Oversee the control environment for European reporting
Oversee and approve the quarterly and year end consolidated financial statements for various international legal entities (IFRS)
Oversee the preparation of the financial statements for European funds and investments
Improve and develop internal reporting and results analytics
Oversee the preparation of budgets
Review and maintain financial and operating forecasts and cash flows
Manage the implementation of technologies to improve workflows and data insights.
Profile :
Accounting qualification required (ACA, ACCA, CPA, Expert comptable of equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of experience
Strong expertise in IFRS
Strong communication skills and problem solver
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and shift priorities to accomplish objectives
